Grief can be both concrete and fluid. As we learn to incorporate loss into our lives, it may sometimes feel as though we are continually "losing" our connection to the person who died.

Our children often express their fears about forgetting vivid details about their loved one, such as the sound of their voice or the way they smelled.

At Good Grief, we understand these fears, and so many group activities help kids identify and preserve connections and memories of the person who died.

Our friends at What's Your Grief have written an article that provides ideas for preserving current memories or reconnecting with those we feel we have lost. We hope it's helpful to you.
