Good Grief of NW Ohio is doing our part to help with containment efforts and has suspended in-person support groups for now. During this hiatus, we're creating new ways to offer support to our kids and their families.
As we adjust to this new remote way of supporting grieving children and teens, we want you to know that we are still here, and still able to provide a network of support for you and your children.
We've designed new ways to connect with each of our age groups, including virtual support groups for our Tweens and Teens (ages 10 to 18); and are providing resources for Littles and Middles (ages 4 to 9.)
And we can still help new families in need of support. We won't put anyone on a waiting list or turn anyone away.
If you would like to learn more about how we can support you and your children, please reach out! You can reach our team during regular office hours (Monday-Friday; 9:00 am - 5:00 pm) the following ways:
Please know that we will return to our in-person grief support groups as soon as possible. In the meantime, we are working hard to meet the needs of our kids and to reassure them that they are not alone - even in the middle of this very scary and isolating time.
All of us at Good Grief of NW Ohio wish you moments of peace and calm amidst the chaos. Take care!
